SHIPPING POLICY

We know you're excited to receive your purchase, so we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and produce your order before it is shipped out.

We ship to customers in the United States via USPS and FedEx, and for international orders, we use fulfillment centers located around the globe. Please note that average transit times in the United States are 5-7 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control like natural disasters, holidays, and weather can cause shipping delays. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to you. If you have any questions about your tracking number or order status, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours after placing it. Simply email us with the subject line "CANCEL" and we'll take care of it.

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct information so we can correct it within 24 hours.

If your item arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will gladly send you another one free of charge.

RETURN POLICY

If we make a mistake with your order, like sending you the wrong item, we'll offer you a 100% refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge. Please note that refunds are not available on special promotional items.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that you'll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
